Any order you place gets packed up properly and sent over with a tracked shipping service. Shipping cost depends on where the customer is located and it's calculated by our store automatically just before you pay.

  

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

In case you don't receive your order within the period agreed please get in touch with us through the CONTACT button on our website. Make sure the email you insert while ordering is actually correct and working so we can get in touch with you anytime needed.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Make sure the address you type while ordering is correct to avoid any kind of issue while delivering the goods. Please don’t forget to fill the sheet with all the infos required and please insert a phone number you actually use.

  

RETURNS

REFUNDS

Only items received damaged or failed will be refunded or replaced upon proof of such issue.
